I’m a Romanian-born engineer based in Royal Tunbridge Wells, working where complex machinery, people and responsibility meet.
For more than 15 years I’ve worked across mechanical and electrical maintenance, technical service and lifting equipment. Today I lead a six-engineer team in Alimak’s UK façade-access business, supporting safety-critical equipment across London.
The thread through all of it is simple: understand the real problem, make sound decisions under pressure, and leave the system better than you found it.
